You may return new, non-used, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery date under a 15% restocking fee in case you do not need it anymore or you have ordered the wrong item (color, size, etc).

Please note that we will not accept returns of products that have been cut, sewn, disassembled, or altered in any way.

The tags must still be attached.

If you need to return an item, please go to our contact us section, and send us an email about your “Return” and follow the steps to submit your request. Please have on your hands pictures of the item, they will be requested. You will shortly receive an answer from our Customer Service Team providing authorization and return instructions.

All return shipping costs are on customer's responsibility and will not be refundable.

Returns are inspected once they arrive. If the inspection determines that the items are used, in non-resellable condition, or damaged, the return will be denied and the customer will be contacted to ship the parts back at the customer's request and cost.

We are truly committed to giving you a great experience and we inspect all orders before shipment to minimize the possibility of any situations. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise and we want to make the claims process as easy and stress-free as possible for you.

To ensure timely handling of any concerns, submit any return request within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted. We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully upon delivery to avoid missing the window for filing a claim.

Refund processing time varies depending on the method of payment used. The credit can be returned to the original payment method in 6-10 business days after the refund is processed. Please consider that the refund processing time may vary depending on the method of payment used.

Refunds may occur:

When an item in order is canceled. 
When the cancellation of a complete order is requested.
When a return or claim of an order applies

How You'll Receive Your Refund

According to U.S. law, refund credits must be returned to the card of the original purchase. If the card can no longer be charged back (lost card, stolen card, or when the refund gets denied because the customer's bank declines it.), we’ll use Zelle to process the refund to your account.
